公司設計(ji)制造的所有(you)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)(ji)及門(men)機(ji)(ji)的起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)升小(xiao)車(che)系消(xiao)化吸收國外(wai)(wai)先(xian)(xian)進技術,結合我(wo)國當時(shi)(shi)的配(pei)套水平(ping),綜合研究(jiu)院多年(nian)(nian)的技術研制經驗,遵照GB/T3811-2008《起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)設計(ji)規范》、GB/T14405-2011《通用橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)式起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)》等標準,同時(shi)(shi)參照國外(wai)(wai)有(you)關起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)標準及歐洲搬運協(xie)會主(zhu)流(liu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)式起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)型研制而成(cheng)(cheng),節能(neng)減(jian)排,經濟環保(bao),特別(bie)適合地(di)下廠房、新型工廠及大(da)噸(dun)位貴重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)物件的吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)、搬運就位工作。公司首臺臺橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)(ji)為(wei)1990年(nian)(nian)研發、1992年(nian)(nian)投入(ru)生產(chan)的寧波北侖(lun)電廠80/20t橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)式起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji),公司首臺臺門(men)機(ji)(ji)為(wei)1994年(nian)(nian)向(xiang)富春江發電廠提(ti)供的2×20t尾(wei)水門(men)機(ji)(ji)。近三十年(nian)(nian)的發展,已向(xiang)國內外(wai)(wai)眾(zhong)多優質(zhi)客戶提(ti)供千余臺橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)(ji)和門(men)機(ji)(ji)設備,是目前(qian)業內最先(xian)(xian)進、最成(cheng)(cheng)熟的低凈空小(xiao)車(che)結構(gou)。目前(qian)制造過的單小(xiao)車(che)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)(ji)最大(da)額定(ding)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量為(wei)800t,雙小(xiao)車(che)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)(ji)最大(da)額定(ding)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量為(wei)500t+500t,具備1500噸(dun)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)(ji)的設計(ji)制造能(neng)力(li);制造過的門(men)式起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)最大(da)額定(ding)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量為(wei)900t的造船龍門(men)吊(diao)(diao)。
1、采用無小車架結構,大規格橋機小車整機高度降低1.5m以上,廠房利用空間大;整機自重比通用橋機輕15%-30%左右,輪壓低,節省投資。
2、橋架與端梁采用銷軸聯接、運輸、安裝方便。
3、起升、運行機(ji)構(gou)均采(cai)用變頻(pin)調速,PLC控制(zhi),可靠性高,故障(zhang)率低。
1、提(ti)供(gong)設(she)備(bei)本體及(ji)軌(gui)道和滑線以(yi)及(ji)附件的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)服務(wu)。
2、在(zai)設備質量保證有效(xiao)期內(nei),將對設備進行免費維修,并在(zai)接到(dao)買(mai)方(fang)通知2小時內(nei)作出反應,在(zai)24小時、特(te)殊情(qing)況12個(ge)小時內(nei),服(fu)務(wu)人員(yuan)抵(di)達設備現場。
3、在(zai)質保期結束后,將長期優惠供(gong)應零部件及提供(gong)維修改造、電(dian)控(kong)升級服務。
