In order to meet the requirements of the multipurpose terminal for a variety of types of material handling equipment, HXME took good advantage of the technical superiority and manufacturing capabilities of port machinery products. Starting in year 2008, HXME has successively provided multiple sets of large portal cranes for Jiangsu Yonggang, Fujian Jiangyin, Jiangsu Suqian and other users, it has broadened the market for port machinery equipment and the products have been exported to global market.
(1) The geometric movement path of the four bar mechanism is calculated accurately, which ensures the horizontal movement of the heavy object in the entire luffing range.
(2) The boom support adopts one-time boring to ensure the concentricity of the king pin shaft.
The portal cranes currently manufactured by HXME range from 10t to 50t and are used in various bulk cargo terminals and miscellaneous cargo terminals, such as power plant, steel plant, mines, logistics terminals, etc., to provide new and old clients with different forms of installation and upgrading services.
